Rock the Denim™ is a lifestyle & a brand - this brand is created "by musicians, for musicians, and music lovers" - The online/web community concept of RtD™ is to bring great new music to a new audience - in this case we believe the typical denim lover/shopper who perhaps doesn't or won't visit a myspace for example will enjoy finding new music throughout our vast collection of profile pages and the artists will expose much of their new music to a different/fresh audience. Our software is being completed now and we are behind the scenes recruiting many artists who are excited to participate - very soon we will post a link to allow interested artists to upload their own profile/songs for only a song. No pun intended, we want all of our participating artists to enjoy a lot of new exposure for their band, music, art by participating with this new lifestyle concept ROCK THE DENIM! All we ask for participation is to allow our denim customers ONE free song of choice from one artist of their choice with the purchase of a pair of our jeans or products. However with or without a purchase - our visitors will be able to listen to and enjoy a variety of great artists at any time and even set up their own online ROCK THE DENIM RADIO with a custom playlists from our exciting library of artists (we will begin posting profile pages in August/September). The artists can certainly add links to their own websites, myspace pages, etc., to promote shows and sell material and merchandise as well...

"I believe there are great musicians and bands in every city in America that deserve to be heard. As a musician myself who never quite figured out or understood the 'music business' completely I decided to take the skills/experience I gained in the denim manufacturing and design world and create a new opportunity for the denim/jeans consumer to not only enjoy a cool affordable premium brand of jeans that stand for something - I really wanted to be part of something that attracted new listeners to great new music. This is an open invite to musicians/bands to upload band videos, songs, photos, bio and web links back to your own site in hopes that denim enthusiasts who typically love all sorts of music might stumble on to your music/band, get inspired by your music, and become a fan of yours. We are also hosting or co-sponsoring live music events and will keep bands and jeans customers informed of these events in their area the best we can!... Meanwhile we are hard at work developing and amazing/affordable denim line we expect to have in retails stores near you very soon!"
